Education and Career
1977 – the automated control systems engineer, the Kharkiv institute of radio electronics (HIRE), specialty – control systems. Thesis subject – “Calculation of the plan of coordination in automated control systems for traffic”;
1987 – Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD), the Kharkiv institute of radio electronics, specialty – 05.13.01 – management in technical systems. Thesis – “Program control of a flow distribution in the main gas pipelines in the conditions of uncertainty”;
1994 – the associate professor of system engineering department of the Kharkiv university of radio electronics.
Educational activity
The initiator of creation of the student’s educational and scientific and practical center, the purposes and main objectives are to give to students opportunity to receive strong base for further professional growth in the conditions of knowledge economy, to become rather competitive on a labor market, to get and/or show management and enterprise skills, to get the education which isn’t conceding to leading universities of the world.
Research activities
Scientific interests: application of information technologies for implementation of the concept of knowledge that includes: development of the theory of knowledge (epistemology); evolving management of developing systems; development of methodology of application of modern concepts and technologies for creation of competitive organizational structures and management of them; development of the integrated systems supporting activity of management companies; management of knowledge and intellectual capital.
