STSM at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau, COST Action CA15110 CHARME, Wildau, Germany

In accordance with COST Action CA15110 CHARME – Harmonising standardisation strategies to increase efficiency and competitiveness of European life-science research, https://www.cost.eu/actions/CA15110/# the STSM project “Development of SOPs in analysis of life science data using machine learning methods” was  presented by 4th year bachelor student of Systems Engineering Department Pavlo Onopriienko on 26 Feb 2020. The project has been conducted at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau, Germany, under supervising of Prof. Dr. Marcus Frohme at Division Molecular Biotechnology and Functional Genomics, and Prof. Dr. Alina Nechyporenko (Department of Systems Engineering, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Ukraine). The project has been selected for the presentation on final CHARME conference, which will be held next week in Brussels.
