On January 9, 2025, the defense of master’s theses under the educational and professional program Information Design Technologies began at the department.. The first master’s students presented and successfully defended their qualification works at the meetings of the Examination Commission.
The topics of the works defended on the first day were modern, diverse, and correspond to the educational program Information Design Technologies. Among the topics of the works are the creation of information technology for determining the location of a hotel room to counteract kidnapping; a system for automated detection of brain tumors based on machine learning methods; research into database frameworks of the .NET platform.
The master’s students demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skills in solving complex problems in the field of computer science.
The defenses began successfully, the applicants received excellent grades.
